The inspector my realtor usually uses had recently retired so there wasn't a clear choice in inspectors to use. I've used other companies in the past, but I wasn't completely satisfied. I decided to use Top Notch Home Inspection strictly from the quantity and quality of their online reviews, and I couldn't be happier. Rocky was GREAT! On time, clean and professional. He answered all my questions and even a few I didn't think to ask which he offered up. He even came out for a re-inspection with very little notice due to our having a deadline. Both the inspection report and the re-inspection report were easy to read and navigate, with plenty of pictures and explanation. I highly recommend Top Notch Home Inspection and will have no problem referring them to friends, or using again should I ever have the need. A+
